The quiet leak in your business
Your database is the most valuable thing you own. And it's going quiet.
88% of buyers say they'd use their agent again. Only 18% actually do. That gap has nothing to do with the job you did. It comes down to who stayed in touch.

- You mean to keep up with people. There's never time.
- You don't have a reason to reach out that doesn't feel like a sales call.
- By the time you remember the anniversary, it's weeks late.
It isn't a discipline problem. It's a system problem. And it's quietly handing your easiest deals to whoever stayed in front of your clients.
The cold sphere calculator
See what your cold sphere is costing you.
Most of your repeat and referral business comes from a warm core of your database. When that core goes cold, the deals don't disappear. They go to whoever stayed in touch. Put in your numbers and I'll show you the figure.
If 25% of your sphere drifts cold, that's roughly $18,000 in commission walking to another agent this year.
An estimate, not a promise. The point is the order of magnitude.
Book my free sphere auditWhy this exists
Every other option still leaves the work on your desk.
You have four ways to handle your sphere, and you've probably tried a few. Do nothing, and watch it cool. Buy a CRM, which is one more login that expects you to run it. Hire a part-time VA, who needs hiring, training, and tends to move on. Or use one of the new AI apps, which is still software you have to operate.
Every one of them hands the work back to you. That's the gap I built Kindwork to close. I don't sell you a tool to run. I run your sphere for you.
Every CRM expects you to operate it. I don't. I run yours.
What I do for you
I keep your sphere warm, organized, and worked. Every day.
Everything below runs in the background. You see it as a few texts a day.
Personal outreach, in your voice.
I find the real reasons to reach out (a birthday, an anniversary, a contact going cold, a life update) and draft the message to sound like you. You tap approve, and it sends from your email.
A database that updates itself.
Text me or send a voice note after any conversation and I log it. Snap a photo of a business card and I add the contact. You never open a spreadsheet.
A morning and an evening brief.
Each morning I send you who to reach today: birthdays, anniversaries, people going cold, deadlines, and your calendar. Each evening, I remind you of anyone you meant to reach and didn't.
Your deals, tracked.
I hold your active transactions and their key dates in one place, so nothing slips while you're closing.
Your calendar, handled.
Tell me to book, move, or cancel something and it's done.
You don't log into anything. You text. I run it.
How it works
You're live in a few days, and almost none of it is on you.
Hand me your database.
Export your contacts however you keep them, your CRM, your phone, a spreadsheet, and send them over. I load and organize all of it.
Tell me how you sound.
You fill out a short voice profile: how you talk, what you'd never say, the details that make your outreach feel like you. About fifteen minutes.
I warm up your sphere.
I send a first round of personal outreach to your whole database in your voice, reintroducing you and giving people a reason to reply. You approve it before anything goes out.
You get Kit.
I send you one contact to save in Telegram. From then on, that's the only thing you touch. You text Kit, and I run your sphere.
Your contacts and your data stay yours the whole way. No long contract. If you ever leave, you walk out with everything.
Pricing
What it costs, and what it replaces.
A part-time VA who could do this runs $1,200 to $2,000 a month, and you'd still have to hire, train, and manage them. A sphere CRM is cheaper, but it's one more thing you have to operate. I'm neither. I run the whole thing for you.
$700
one-time setup
$250
a month
That's it.
This is my founding rate, for the first five agents I take on. It locks in for as long as you stay. After the first five, it goes up.
Setup includes your full build plus one custom automation for the way you work. Small tweaks are always included. Anything larger, I scope with you.
No per-deal cut, ever. You pay a flat rate and keep every dollar of your commissions.
The guarantee
If I haven't helped you close at least one referral deal from your sphere within six months, I refund the full $700 setup. The risk is mine, not yours.
Built around you
Your business isn't a template. Your setup isn't either.
Every agent works a little differently. Maybe you want a heads-up the moment a past client's home value crosses a number. Maybe it's a specific check-in rhythm for your top referrers, or a clean handoff when a deal goes pending. Your setup includes one custom automation built around how you already run your business. Small adjustments after that are always included. If you think of something bigger down the line, I'll scope it with you.
Why I'm sure this works
The math is already in your favor.
The numbers aren't subtle. 88% of buyers would use their agent again, and only 18% do. Referred clients close at a far higher rate than any cold web lead, and they cost you nothing to find. The repeat and referral business is already yours to win. The only variable is whether anyone is working it.

“Your next client is probably someone who already knows you. The hard part was never earning the relationship. It's keeping it warm while you're busy closing. That's the one thing I run for you, every day, in your voice. You keep selling. I make sure your sphere never goes quiet.”
Questions, answered straight
A CRM is software you operate. This is me operating it for you. You never log in, never tag a contact, never build a workflow. You text, and I run the database behind it.
No. ChatGPT is a blank box you have to prompt. Kit is your sphere, your voice, your deals, and your outreach, run as a service. I set it up, I run it, and a real person stands behind it.
For your sphere and relationship work, it does the part most assistants do slowly and inconsistently, without the hiring, training, or turnover. It isn't a general assistant for everything in your business. It runs your sphere, deeply.
Yours. During setup you fill out a voice profile, and everything I send is written to sound like you. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Only after you tap approve. For a batch, you see the count and the names and approve once. You're always the last step before anything reaches a client.
Never. Your contacts and your data are yours, and exportable, the entire time. There's no long contract. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
Your contacts, about fifteen minutes for a voice profile, and your approval on the first round of outreach. You're usually live within a few days.
If I haven't helped you close at least one referral deal from your sphere within six months, I refund the full $700 setup. You risk nothing to find out.
